Sumac Lamb Chops with Mint Yogurt Recipe

- Ingredients

4 lamb chops

1 tablespoon Basira Sumac

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

Salt & pepper to taste

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chopped mint

Squeeze of lemon juice
- Method

Mix olive oil, garlic, Sumac, salt and pepper. Rub onto lamb chops and marinate for 30 mins.

Mix yogurt, mint and lemon juice in a bowl. Set aside.

Grill or pan-fry lamb chops 3–4 minutes each side until done to your liking.

Serve hot with mint yogurt and lemon wedges.
